bumPER. bumPER stands for business
unifying

processes,
expenses (and)
resources.
bumPER has been developed as a project management framework for any project manager and / or quality controller to initiate and administer a
project on his own, without any outside help.

bumPER has been designed with the following principles in mind :
- customers want the proof that we can manage project in a professional way,
- customers can ask for progress reports (dashboards) at any time,
- project management and quality control should be kept separated,
- project management is about results, not about heavy machinery,
- bumPER is not a fixed tool, it evolves with time.
bumPER is organized in three parts :
- a project management part
- a quality control part and
- a project information part.
